  • Assign clear responsibility across environment, finance and operations.
  • Align employees on why the company is acting and what success looks like, with a small set of simplified KPIs.
  • Review how the action fits CSRD, the EU Biodiversity Strategy and any voluntary frameworks you've signed up to.
